Chinese Shar-Pei
The Shar Pei or Chinese Shar-Pei is a breed of dog known for its distinctive features of deep wrinkles and a blue-black tongue. The breed comes from China.



Chow Chow
Chow Chow, or Chow, is a breed of dog that was first developed in Mongolia about 4,000 years ago and was later introduced into China.



Clumber Spaniel
The Clumber has heavier bone than other spaniels, a massive 'melting' head with a hound-like face and expression, a deep muzzle, large square nose, and broad low-set ears.


Cocker Spaniel
Cocker Spaniel refers to 2 different breeds of spaniels, both types of spaniels are commonly refered to as  simply Cocker Spaniel in their countries of origin.


Collie
Collies are very active and agile, and most types have a very strong herding instinct.


Coton De Tulear
The Coton de Tuléar is a small breed of dog. It is named after the city of Tulear in Madagascar, and for its cottony textured coat.



Curly-Coated Retriever
The Curly Coated Retriever (often referred to as a Curly) is a breed of dog originally bred in England for upland bird and waterfowl hunting.



Dachshund
The Dachshund was developed to scent, chase, and flush badgers and other burrow-dwelling animals, while the miniature was developed to hunt smaller prey, like rabbits.



Dalmatian
The Dalmatian dog breed is easy to recognized. The dogs have spots on their coat that are normally black, lemon colored, and brown. Puppies do not have these spots though, the spots develop as the dogs get older.


Dandie Dinmont Terrier
Originally bred in Scotland, this dog breed has been the enemy of vermin for hundreds  ofyears while being a great companion for humans.
